I believe that sharing ideas is an incredibly important part of the way we grow and learn. Having given hundreds of talks, organized conferences and communities, facilitated and sat on panels, and interviewed folks, speaking is still one of my favorite things to do.

Most of my recent talks revolve around building a time machine for feature engineering, feature engineering directly from event-based data, data science, machine learning and MLOps.  I’m also happy to give talks on ethics, bias and privacy in AI or any of my personal experiences as a woman in tech, first-generation college student, career changer, entrepreneur, and growing early-stage to scaling startups.
